Some trees change with the seasons

Supplies needed: White paper, brown crayon, tissue paper, pink and white for spring, red, orange, brown, yellow for fall, green for summer.

Use this at the change of each season or in one week teach all four of the  changes in trees during the year.

The winter tree is bear, simple draw a tree with its trunk and branches but no leaves.

The spring tree has blossoms bursting out as the days get warmer. Draw the bear tree with only its trunk and branches. Let the child tear up white or pink tissue paper into small pieces and wad them up in tiny balls and paste them on the branches of the tree.Voila! a spring tree.

The  summer tree has beautiful green leaves.  Draw the bear tree with trunk and branches. Tear up small pieces of green tissue paper,wad them up in tiny balls and paste on the tree branches.Voila! a summer tree

The fall trees leaves are dying as the cold weather begins.  They turn red, yellow, brown, and orange.  Draw the bear tree with trunk and branches. Tear up tiny pieces of fall colored tissue paper ,wad them up in tiny balls and paste on the fall tree.Voila! a fall tree.
