Sound experiment with bells

Supplies needed:

Bells

Sock, empty coffee can, box, towel

Let your child experience the different sounds that the bells make:

  • When they are put in a sock
  • When they are put under a towel
  • When they are put in a coffee can
  • When they are put in a box

Is the sound louder or softer? or the same?

Let your child think of other ways to change the sound of the bells
