Elevator Game

No supplies needed

When  your child seems tired of sitting still and needs to get the “wiggles” out, this is fun activity.

Count from one to ten and pretend that each number represents a floor on a big tall building.  We are going to play a game and when I call out a number you go up and down with you body.  Ten is high up on tip toes as far as you can reach.  One is low to the floor.  The numbers go up or down first in sequence and then skip around.  Start slowly so child get all the different positions and then speed up and watch them laugh.   Do this with your child and you will be out of breath.

1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 then 10,,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1,

1,6,3,9,5,10,2,4,7,2,8, etc.
