Elevator Game

Supplies needed   None

This is great relaxer when your child is getting tired or needs to get the wiggles out before a lesson or story.

Count from one to ten then you and your child get down low to ground and start counting going up with each number by the time you get to 10 you should be on tip toes and arms reaching to sky.  Then go down going lower and lower with each number, when you reach one you will be as low as you can get.

Now the fun begins call out numbers not in sequence and let child move their body when the number would be.  So it may be like this: 10, 4, 1, 8, 3, and so forth.  Go faster and faster for a good work out.  Now let the child call out the numbers.

This is also fun game to play after being in car on long trip. Play each time you get out for a stop.
