A Valentine Tree

Supplies needed:

A small tree branch(6in.) with lots of small branches

A pot or tin can to put it in

A few rocks to weight it down

Small paper hearts, string

Hole punch

Typed or written Bible verses about loving God and others

Decorate the pot or can with valentines or stickers and secure the branch.

Let you child trace and cut out hearts if they can or have them ready made.  Decorate hearts with markers or stickers.  Punch hole in each heart and add string and decorate the tree.

Enjoy the tree in your home or take it to a friend or neighbor. Grandma and pa would love it too.

Sharing with others is something we need to continue to teach and model in our daily lives

This could be done anytime of the year…love is always in season.
